Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Start with a 30-day free trial - no credit card required. After that, paid plans are billed at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee; your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods, but we'll fix genuine billing errors.
1. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial. Your trial begins on the date you create your account.
2. Subscription & Billing
After the trial, individual plans are billed at the current rate shown on our pricing page; the price in effect when you subscribe applies to your subscription, and we will notify you in advance of any price change to an active subscription. Organizational and enterprise plans are priced separately - contact support@kials.com. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. To cancel, visit your account settings or email support@kials.com. When you cancel, your data is handled under our Privacy Policy; if you also delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@kials.com and we will investigate. Some jurisdictions provide additional statutory cancellation or refund rights; nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
5. Price Changes
If we change subscription pricing, we will provide advance notice. Changes apply to billing periods that begin after the notice period.
